Due to the intimate nature of menstrual / personal hygiene products, our Washable Cloth Pads, Natural Cotton Sanitary Pads, Menstrual Cups, intimate wipes, cloth pad wash (with broken seal) and menstrual cup wash (with broken seal) are non-returnable. However, in the unlikely event of damaged, defective or different / wrong items delivered to you, transit damage please write to us at austraders2020@gmail.com with the details. Such cases will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Upon receipt of the request, we will fully examine it and notify you within a reasonable time. Please note that we accept product-related concerns (e.g., damage, defective), non receipt of products, fake product delivery complaints only up to 7 days from the date of delivery
